As low as $300.00 and up to one month’s rent ($880.00) with approved credit.
Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application,
deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.

No, we do not allow subletting or lease transfers.

Yes, liability insurance is required for the property.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a three-day grace period through the 3rd.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A 5% late fee, based on the base rent, applies on the 4th.

Yes, parking is included! Covered parking is also available for $25.00 per month

Yes, we have an on-site dog park, but we do not have a pet washing station.

Yes! On-site maintenance is available. Service requests may be submitted through the leasing office, resident portal, or by texting the office.
